2. Park Entry & Safety Regulations
For the safety and enjoyment of all guests and our animal residents, all visitors must strictly adhere to the following park rules:
- Live Alligators: Alligators are real and dangerous. Do not touch, taunt, or climb barriers.
- Feeding: Guests may only feed the alligators using food purchased directly from our designated feed stations. Outside food is strictly prohibited.
- Children: Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Staff Authority: Follow all instructions provided by the park staff. Non-compliance may result in immediate expulsion from the park without refund.
3. Ticketing, Booking, and Refunds
All transactions through our site are subject to our pricing and scheduling terms:
- Ticket prices and hours of operation are subject to change without notice.
- Online reservation requests are finalized upon confirmation by our staff.
- Weather Policy: Adventure golf and alligator feeding are outdoor activities. In the event of severe weather (e.g., lightning), operations may be temporarily suspended. Rain checks may be issued at management's discretion, but cash refunds will not be provided.
